Refund Policy

1. 30-day money-back guarantee
We want you to be confident that Sandrine. is the right editor for your book. Every paid plan comes with a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date, no questions asked.
2. How to request a refund
Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle.com, which is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. You have two ways to request a refund:
- Go to paddle.net and look up your order using the email address you used at checkout. From there you can manage your subscription and request a refund.
- Or email us at support@sandrine.life with the email address you used at checkout and a brief note. We will forward your request to Paddle on the same business day.
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Depending on your bank, the credit usually appears within 3–10 business days after Paddle processes the refund.
3. What is covered
- One-time plans (Essentials, Complete, Author, Lifetime): refundable in full within 30 days of purchase.
- Subscription renewals, if applicable: a renewal charge is refundable in full if requested within 30 days of the renewal date and you have not made significant new use of the Service during that period.
4. After 30 days
After the 30-day window we are not generally able to issue refunds, but Paddle considers refund requests on a case-by-case basis where required by consumer law in your country. If you believe you are entitled to a refund outside the 30-day window — for example because of a service failure on our side, a duplicate charge, or a legal right under local consumer law — please still contact us or Paddle and we will work with you in good faith.
